Computer Programmer : Job code – CP-67

Job Duties:

  *   Develop an efficient and well-documented code for software applications.
  *   Identify issues and fix them in the application to ensure programs run smoothly.
  *   Conduct unit testing and integration testing to verify program functionality.
  *   Update and improve existing systems as needed.
  *   Work with analysts and clients to understand system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  *   Work alongside other programmers, developers, and designers in a team environment.
  *   Produce documentation for software, systems, test scripts and user manuals for future reference.
  *   Utilise Automation systems and other software development tools to update and maintain project tasks.
  *   Implement program that follows best practices for efficient systems and data protection.
  *   Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and industry trends.
  *   Attend sprint planning, retrospective and reviews.

Minimum Educational Requirements:  Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
