Computer Programmer – Job code: CP-66

• Analyze software requirements and technical specifications to design and develop reliable software applications.
• Write, test, and maintain clean and efficient code using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and QA teams to develop and implement software solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues, enhance functionality, and improve system performance.
• Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance and usability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Use version control tools such as Git for code collaboration and management.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software meets performance and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to software design, codebase, and system functionality.

Minimum Educational Requirements:  Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
